We work with attorneys and with those currently going through divorce or legal separation, as a sole or joint expert, to fairly render an opinion of market value of residential property.

Michael has been working with homeowners and Relocation companies for over 25 years. He has earned the CRP designation from the Employee Relocation Council and was also the winner of the Annual Relocation Appraisal Report Writing Contest (2022)

Michael has experience in a variety of appraisal work including removal of PMI, Pre-Listing, Luxury Homes, and working with individuals and Real Estate Agents.
