Owner
Michael is a state certified full time residential real estate appraiser with over 33 years of experience. He has been awarded the IFA designation from the American Society of Appraisers and the CRP designation from the Employee Relocation Council. In addition to being designated as a Certified Luxury Home Appraiser, Michael was announced as the winner of the Annual Relocation Appraisal Report Writing Contest (2022). He has served on numerous committees and continues his involvement in advancing the appraisal profession.

Jill Gregory
Jill has been our office manager for over ten years. Our clients appreciate her professionalism and friendliness as she assists our customers in a positive and timely manner.
Appraiser Trainee
Henry Switlik
Henry is the newest member of our team and is working diligently to obtain his Appraiser License. He is an Honorably Discharged U.S. Army Veteran with eight years of service and overseas assignments in Afghanistan and South Korea.
